BSNL has announced the launch of a new prepaid plan for its customers in the country. The new prepaid plan is priced at Rs. 447, ships data without any restriction, messages, and entertainment services. This pack also ships access to BSNL Tunes.

The plan offers 100GB of high-speed data without any speed restriction. The combo plan also offers 100 SMS per day with free BSNL tunes and Eros Now entertainment services. The freebies for 60 days in the new BSNL prepaid combo at Rs 447. Meanwhile, BSNL is also revamping short-term vouchers priced at Rs 247 and prepaid plan voucher priced at Rs 1999. The government telco is removing daily usage limits in these two vouchers. Customers can get access to 50GB high-speed data for 30 days while the plan voucher priced at Rs 1999 offers 500GB data.

Beginning with the new STV 447 plan, BSNL Chennai has taken to Twitter to announce the arrival of the new prepaid plan in India. It comes with 100GB total data without restrictions of a daily cap. After the total data is over, BSNL will offer unlimited data at a throttled speed on 80Kbps. It also offers unlimited voice calling and 100 SMS messages per day benefits. The subscribers also get BSNL Tunes and EROS NOW subscription with the plan. The validity of this plan is 60 days and it can be activated through CTOPUP and web portal.

Alongside, BSNL has also revised is Rs. 247 special tariff voucher, which now offers 50GB total data (throttled data @80Kbps after cap is reached), unlimited voice calls, 100 SMS messages per day, and BSNL Tunes and EROS Now subscription for a validity of 30 days. Earlier, this plan offer 3GB per day daily data.

BSNL Rs 1,999 Prepaid Voucher Changes

Similar is the fate of the Rs 1,999 prepaid voucher which used to offer 2GB daily data to the subscribers for 365 days along with other benefits of EROS NOW, 100 SMS per day, PRBT and Lokdhun. However, this plan now only ships 500GB of regular data. However, subscribers who get this plan in the first 90 days, will receive an additional 100GB of data which might make this plan a little more attractive. The subscribers also get unlimited voice calling.
