BSNL recharge plan: BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) has introduced a new Rs 49 prepaid recharge plan for its subscribers. This plan has been brought on a promotional basis, which will last only 90 days. Apart from this, the plan is available only in Chennai and Talimanadu circles. This prepaid recharge plan of Rs 49 was launched on 1 September and since then it is going to be live for 90 days. At the same time, the validity of this plan is 28 days, in which you will get data, voice, and SMS combination benefits.

This prepaid plan was announced on September 1 and it would be applicable for the next 90 days. The validity of this prepaid voucher is 28 days. According to the state-run telco, this BSNL prepaid plan would remain active till November 29. This prepaid plan can be activated through self-care, C-TOPUP as well as the BSNL web portal. 

BSNL recharge plan Benefits

The plan has been announced by the telecom company via a circular on the Chennai Circle website. The benefit of free calling for 100 minutes has been given in the plan. After reaching the FUP, the company will charge 45 paise per minute for the calls of its customers. Apart from this, 2GB free data and 100 SMS have also been included as plan benefits.

The pack has been named STV-49 and can be activated through the web portal, C-TOPUP, and self-care. In self-care mode, customers can activate the plan by sending the code ‘STV COMBO49’ to 123 number.

While giving information, the telecom company has told that this prepaid recharge plan of BSNL is going to remain active till November 29. At the same time, you can activate this plan through TOPUP, self-care and web portal. For activation through the self-care process, the subscriber needs to send STV COMBO49 to 123.

Let us tell you, earlier in this circle, BSNL launched an annual plan of Rs 1,499.did. This prepaid recharge plan offers a 250-minute Fair Usage Policy (FUP) limit with unlimited free voice calling. After the end of 250 minutes, BSNL says that the subscriber will be charged under the base plan tariff, which will last till midnight. The base plan that has been added to this new 1,499 prepaid plan is “Advance Per minute plan 94”. This means that customers will be charged Rs 1 per minute for local calls on mobile networks and BSNL landlines. At the same time, customers will be charged Rs 1.3 per minute for making local calls and STD calls to other landline numbers.
