CBSE 10th result 2018 LIVE: Secondary School examinations have been declared at cbse.nic.in, cbseresults.nic.in. The wait for students is over as their 10th cbse result 2018 have been declared by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on the official website. Students who appeared for the same can visit the official website now to check their scores and download their mark sheets. Students need to note that the hard copy of their CBSE class 10th mark sheets will be available at their respective educational institutions. They can collect the same by the end of June.

According to report, while over 28 lakh students had appeared for the CBSE exam 2018, more than 16 lakh students had appeared for Class 10 exams while 11.86 lakh students had appeared for Class 12. The board had conducted Class 10 board examination from March 5 to April 4, whereas Class 12 board examinations were held between March 5 and April 13. The CBSE Class 12 Board Exam results were declared by the board on May 26, 2018.

 10th CBSE result 2018: Seven students secured the second position with 498 marks, 14 students bagged the third spot with a score of 497.

– Cbse class 10 result 2018: A total of 11.45% students will now sit for compartment examinations.

– CBSE 10th result 2018 toppers in differently-abled category: Anushka Panda from Suncity Gurgaon school with 489 marks, Sanya Gandhi from Uttam School in Ghaziabad with 489 marks and Sonya Deep Pradhan with 484 marks from JNV Dhanpur, Orissa.

– Cbse class 10 result 2018: Total candidates who have secured more than 90% and above is 131493 and those who have secured more than 95% is 27476.

– 78.62% students have passed class 10th examinations from the Delhi region.

– CBSE results declared at cbseresults.nic.in, cbse.nic.in. 86.70% students have paased Secondary School examinations.

– Among the various regions across the country, Thiruvananthapuram region has topped with a pass percentage of 99.60% followed by Chennai with 97.37% and Ajmer is third with 91.86% in class 10 board exams.

– JNV schools have performed the best with pass percentage of 97.31% followed by Kendriya Vidyalayas with 95.96% and private schools are third with 89.49%.

– Girls outshine boys: 88.67% girls have passed the exam, while 85.32% boys came out with flying colours.

– CBSE pass percentage: A total of 86.70% students have passed the class 10th board examinations this year

– CBSE 10th toppers: Prakhar Mittal from Gurugram, Rimzhim Agrawal from Bijnor, Nandni Garg from Shamli & Sreelakshmi G from Cochin, all scored 499 marks out of 500 to top CBSE Class 10th Examination

– Union Minister Prakash Javadekar says, “Congratulations to those who’ve succeeded. 10th CBSE board exam was conducted after 10 years. This’s basically preparation for 12th board. Those students who’ve got compartment should prepare again & I’m sure they’ll do well.”

– The telephone numbers of NIC through which results can be accessed through IVRS are 24300699, 011 – 24300699.

– Passing marks for class 10th students is 33 percent in each subject (including the internals and practicals).

– Cbse class 10 result 2018: Results can also be accessed through Microsoft search engine www.bing.com and SMS Organizer App on mobile which can be installed from playstore https://aka.ms/sms

– To check their results, candidates need to Enter their roll number along with their date of birth, school number and centre number.

– Students can also view their results on UMANG mobile application which is available for android, iOS and windows based smart phone.

– DigiLocker can also be accessed from your mobile phone on Android and iOS platforms.

– Started in 2016, CBSE this year also, will also provide Class-X digital mark sheets in DigiLocker at                           https://digilocker.gov.in. The DigiLocker account credentials will be sent to students via SMS on their mobile number registered with CBSE.

– Respective schools will automatically get their entire Schools results on email id’s already registered with the Board.

– Students can access their results through these websites- www.results.nic.in, www.cbseresults.nic.in, www.cbse.nic.in, www.examresults.net and www.indiaresults.com.

– While wishing the students ahead of the declaration of their results, Amil Swarup wrote, “All the best to CBSE students of class 10. You have done your bit. Let not the results make you nervous because you have no control over them. You can’t do anything now. You will reap the fruits of what you have sown. Be contented with what you get. And then, build your future.”

– CBSE Class 10 result can also be accessed through telephone number- 011 – 24300699 or by sending SMS to mobile number- 7738299899.

– The release stated that result for class 10th will be available on the official websites of the board along with DigiLocker, IVS and SMS.

Step 2: Click on the link that says ‘Class 10th exam results 2018’
Step 3: Enter the required details
Step 4: Press submit
Step 5: Check your result and download the same for future
