The Offer and its Terms and Conditions:
- On subscription of annual Timbl plan with 30 Mbps or higher speed, a ReTV Android Smart TV Box will be given free along with 1-month extra validity of Timbl connection.
- Customers have the option of paying upfront or through EMI for the 12-month package. The monthly EMI for 12 EMI commitment is approximately equal to the monthly subscription price of the plan.
- ReTV Smart TV box comes with a free subscription of Ditto TV for 3 months, ReTV channels for 3 months and Spuul subscription for 1 month. After free preview, these subscriptions can be renewed directly with ReTV for Rs. 180 per month plus taxes (prices may vary in future). Relevant subscription would be required for other content services like Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hotstar, etc.
- In case a customer wants to withdraw from the scheme, Timbl will refund pro-rata subscription price for the remaining months after deducting Rs 350 per month for the balance months. The box would remain with the customer. For example, if a customer who has subscribed to 30 Mbps Ampl 30 plan for Rs 15,562, seeks to withdraw during the 5th month, then the refund amount would be Rs 6,628 {15562*7/12 – 350*7}.
- This offer is only available for Individual/ Home Customers for their Personal usage.
- Timbl reserves the right to apply a Fair Usage Policy for Unlimited Ampl Plans to manage fair consumption of data, ensure equitable customer experience, and control excessive consumption by a few customers.
- General terms and conditions applicable for the corresponding monthly plan would be applicable.
