Jio prepaid plans: Reliance Jio has introduced two new plans designed to keep the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) in mind. Under the Jio ‘Dhan Dhana Dhan’ offer, Jio’s two new prepaid plans are priced at ₹ 499 and ₹ 777. Each of the two plans is designed to aim viewers in the IPL season. Both the plans come with one year of complimentary Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription, which will offer full streaming of all cricket matches set to be broadcast in the coming weeks.

Also, Jio has also bought back its older Cricket Dhan Dhana Dhan offer because of which the telecom major is calling the prepaid plans with Disney+ Hotstar VIP membership as Jio Cricket Plan.

This essentially means the users who are recharging with the plans given above will be able to watch the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League for free.

The Indian Premier League or IPL 2020 is all set to start from September 19 the UAE.

The Jio Rs 499 Cricket Plan is a data pack and does not get any voice calling or SMS benefits. Users will get a one-year subscription of Disney+ Hotstar VIP worth Rs 399 for free and Jio will also offer 1.5GB of daily data for the entire period of the cricket season (56 days).

The Rs 777 Jio Cricket Plan is a quarterly plan which comes with 84 days validity. Users will get a one-year subscription of Disney+ Hotstar VIP worth Rs 399. Additionally, users will also receive 131GB data which is 1.5GB data per day + 5GB data, unlimited voice calling from Jio to Jio, and non-Jio FUP minutes of 3,000. Users will also get 100 SMSes per day for 84 days.

Meanwhile, India has recorded 60,975 coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, taking its total to 3,170,942.
