NEET 2021 Application Form Correction Window Guide – National Testing Agency (NTA) has re-opened the NEET correction window facility till October 26 up to 11:50 PM. The link for the same is provided below. With the help of the NEET 2021 application form correction window guide, candidates can make changes in their phase 1 and 2 particulars.

“On receiving numerous requests from the candidates, the National Testing Agency is opening the window for filling up of the Second set of Information and correct/ modify the particulars of the First and Second Phase of Online Application Form for NEET (UG) 2021,” the notification read.

Correction and modification can be done in the field of nationality, e-mail address, gender, category, fields of the second phase, and sub-category.  The correction facility is available till today, 26 October up to 11.59 pm.

NTA has advised applicants to thoroughly check and cross-check their registered email addresses as the agency will send the scanned copy of scorecards via email.

Modify the details and then click on ‘Final submit’

Time Password (OTP) will be sent to the registered number. Enter the same

Take a printout of the NEET application form correction slip for future references

Steps to make the changes in the image through NEET 2021 correction window

  • Go to the official website – neet.nta.nic.in

  • Click on the ‘NEET candidate login’ link

  • Submit application number and password received while registration for NEET 2021

  • A message to change images in the form will be displayed on the screen

  • Upload the correct passport size photographs and signature

  • After submitting the corrections, an OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number

  • Download the correction slip for future references
