Amazon Prime subscription: Before the annual Amazon Prime Day sale begins on 15 July, the company has come up with a special offer for the customers.
Amazon India has announced a Youth offer for new Prime members. This offer makes subscribers aged 18-24 years eligible to get up to Rs. 500 cashback. This offer is applicable for subscribers buying the three-month membership or the annual membership. Amazon has introduced this offer for Android users only, and it is not eligible for users recharging through the desktop or the iOS app. Amazon Prime unlocks benefits like free delivery, access to Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music, and much more.
To take advantage of the new Amazon Prime membership offer, users will have to subscribe for three months or a year. Amazon has taken out this offer only for Android users. If users subscribe from a desktop or iOS device, then they will not get the benefit of this offer.
Step 1: Download Amazon app on your Android or iOS phone
Step 2: Sign in to the app and tap on “Prime” at the top left
Step 3: Tap on the “Youth Offer” option
Step 4: Tap on “Continue to Join a year of Prime at Rs 999”
Step 5: Fill in the payment details next
Step 6: Now upload the required documents to verify your age (PAN card, proof of mailing address and a photo)
Step 7: Once verified, cash back of Rs 500 will be credited to your Amazon Pay balance account within 10 days
So there you go. Now you can get the Amazon Prime membership in half the original price.
Amazon Prime recently stopped offering free trials and one month subscription complying with RBI’s new guidelines. Currently, new users have only two plans to choose from a three-month plan that costs Rs 329 and a yearly plan that costs Rs 999. The RBI had announced the new mandate in August 2019. It was initially applicable to cards and wallets but later the framework was extended to cover Unified Payments Interface (UPI) transactions as well.
Airtel users can get also access to free Prime for a month with the Rs 349 prepaid plan. The plan gives 2GB daily data with 28 days validity and unlimited calling. Further Airtel users have access to Prime Video Mobile edition with its prepaid plans.

— Scroll down to find the Explore feed.
— Keep scrolling to find the Prime Video Mobile Edition Free Trial card.
— Tap on Claim Now > Activate > Activate Now.
— Confirm the activation of the trial offer.
