Apple Watch Series 7 price in India and availability have been officially announced. The new Apple Watch will go on sale in the country in the first wave starting October 15, Apple has said in a press statement, with pre-orders starting a week earlier. The Apple Watch Series 7 was unveiled alongside the iPhone 13 series last month. It comes with a larger Always-On Retina display that features more screen area and thinner borders to accommodate additional on-screen content and ease typing. The Apple Watch Series 7 also comes preloaded with watchOS 8 — the latest operating system that includes features such as the new Mindfulness app and enhanced Messages as well as Photos app.

Apple Watch Series 7 is available in five new aluminium case colours, including midnight, starlight, green, and a new blue and (PRODUCT)RED.
The Apple Watch Series 7 Stainless Steel GPS + Cellular 41mm model is said to be priced at Rs 69,900. The 45mm GPS + Cellular model is priced at Rs 73,900. The listing on Flipkart also highlighted the Milanese Loop at over Rs 4,000. With these prices, the Apple Watch Series 7 debuts in India slightly costlier than the Apple Watch Series 6.
As for what is new this time, the Apple Watch Series 7 comes with a host of performance upgrades over its predecessor, albeit in a familiar design. The upgrades include a larger always-on Retina display as well as a larger form factor. The 41mm and 45mm sizes will be the biggest in the Apple Watch series yet.

The Apple Watch 7 series has a larger display in the same body. Apple has reduced the bezels to 1.7mm thin, which is 40 per cent smaller than the Watch Series 6. This has allowed the display to grow by 20 per cent. The Apple Watch 7 comes in 41mm and 45mm case options.
The Watch 7 series retains the Always-On Retina display. Apple also claims that the display offers up to 70 per cent brighter results indoors than its predecessor. Apple also claims that display will offer more space for text, while WatchOS will be able to leverage it to get bigger buttons.
