Jio, at the beginning of this year, scrapped all the post FUP calling charges making domestic calls from Jio to any network within the country free of cost. Jio also offers daily recharge packs for a comparatively lesser price than Airtel or Vi. For example, Jio gives 2GB daily data with its Rs 249 prepaid plan while Airtel and Vi give 1.5GB daily data at the same price. There are some similar examples for the top-tier plans being offered by the telco. Jio also gives its users access to Jio apps with streaming benefits on some of the recharge plans.

The following plans from Jio are priced under Rs 500 and give 1GB, 2GB and 3GB daily data respectively. Some plans have 28-day validity while some have a validity of 56 days. The Rs 401 recharge plan gives access to a VIP subscription of Disney+ Hotstar and gives 3GB daily data. Jio users who have access to the VIP subscription of Disney+ Hotstar can also upgrade to its premium subscription by logging into the latter’s app and paying the balance.

Jio prepaid plan of Rs. 149: This plan by Jio gives 24GB data with unlimited calls for 24 days, which essentially means that this plan gives 1GB data per day. This plan also brings 100 free SMS and a complimentary subscription to Jio apps.

Jio prepaid plan of Rs. 199: This prepaid plan offers 1.5GB daily data with 28 days validity taking the total data spread to 42GB. The plan offers unlimited domestic calls from Jio to any network in the country and a complimentary subscription to Jio apps.

Jio Rs 249 prepaid plan: This prepaid plan has a validity of 28 days and offers 2GB data per day, total data of 56GB. The plan also brings unlimited domestic calls. The plan gives 100 free SMS per day with a complimentary subscription to Jio apps.

Jio Rs 349 prepaid plan: This plan comes with 3GB of data per day and unlimited domestic calls. It also gives a complimentary subscription to Jio apps and 100SMS per day.

Jio Rs 399 prepaid plan: This plan comes with 1.5GB of data per day and unlimited domestic calls for a validity of 56 days. The plan brings unlimited calls and 100 SMS. It also gives a complimentary subscription to Jio apps.

Jio Rs 401 prepaid plan: This plan gives 90GB data for 28 days that comes down to 3GB data per day with additional 6GB data. The plan also brings unlimited calls with a complimentary subscription to Jio apps and a 1-year VIP subscription to Disney+ Hotstar at no extra cost.
