Reliance Jio doubles data benefits on vouchers. The new ₹101 data voucher plan now offers 12 GB 4G data, as compared to 6 GB earlier. The Validity of these data vouchers will be the same as that of the existing active plan validity.
New Upgradation of the Reliance Jio has come up with the new action, where Select data voucher plans will offer more data and free Jio voice call minutes at the same price for the Jio Customers.
A Jio customer can recharge with a 4G data voucher only if there is an active plan in his or her account.
With the latest upgrade, 4G Jio prepaid data vouchers of ₹11, ₹21, ₹51 and ₹101 now come with 800 MB, 2GB, 6GB and 12 GB of high-speed data respectively. These vouchers also bundle voice calls to non-Jio numbers and offer 75, 200, 500 and 1000 minutes respectively of outgoing Talktime to any non-Jio network across the country.
Customers will be benefited, as the latest upgraded Rs. 11 data voucher plan now offers 800 MB 4G data, as compared to 500 MB earlier, in addition to this, 75 minutes of Jio to non-Jio Talktime will also be provided to the customer. The validity of these data vouchers will be the same as that of the existing active plan validity.
Post the 100% data consumption from the 4G data vouchers packs, data services will continue at speeds up to 64 kbps, Jio said. And any unused data or voice minutes left will also expire along with the base plan validity.
With the up-gradation of Jio the upgraded ₹21 data voucher plan now offers 2 GB 4G data, as compared to 1 GB earlier, with 200 minutes of Jio to non-Jio Talktime.
The upgraded ₹51 data voucher plan now offers 6 GB 4G data, as compared to 3 GB earlier, with 500 minutes of Jio to non-Jio Talktime.
The upgraded ₹101 data voucher plan now offers 12 GB 4G data, as compared to 6 GB earlier, with 1,000 minutes of Jio to non-Jio Talktime. Validity will be the same as that of the existing active plan validity.
“With businesses encouraging employees to work from home, a growing need for remote interactions and families having more time for recreation, there is a growing requirement among users of seamless and more data. Through these voucher upgrades Jio is extending help to the users and ensuring that Indians have access to uninterrupted, abundant and affordable data to meet their current connectivity needs,” Jio said in a statement.
