SSC CHSL 2020 notification released: exams from April 12

SSC CHSL 2021: Attention candidates, the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for Combined Higher Secondary Level examination 2021 or SSC CHSL 2021 on its official website. Aspiring candidates are requested to visit the official website to check the full notification. The online application process begins on November 6, 2020, and will conclude on December 15, 2020.

As per the notification, SSC will hold a competitive examination for recruitment to the post of Lower Divisional Clerk, Junior Secretariat Assistant, Post Assistant, Sorting Assistant, and Data Entry Operators.

SSC CHSL 2021: Important dates to keep in mind

The first date of online application: November 6
Last date of online application: December 15
Last date of making online fee submission: December 15
Last date for generation of offline challan: December 19
Schedule of computer-based examination (Tier-1): April 21 to April 27, 2021
Date of Tier-II Examination: To be notified later.

Candidates will be able to submit SSC CHSL 2021 online applications till December 15. The commission charges an application fee for registration and applications for the CHSL exam. This time, candidates will be able to make online payment of fee till December 17. Those who wish to pay the fee offline will be able to generate offline challan till December 19. However, the last date of payment of fee through offline challan during banking hours is December 21.

Candidates meeting the minimum eligibility conditions have to apply online as per schedule by paying a fee of Rs 100. Candidates have to fill up and submit the one-time registration form in the step and the online application form in the second step.

It must be noted that candidates must provide a functional email address and mobile number in order to register online. Similarly, one must furnish scanned copies of relevant supporting documents and recent colored photographs in order to submit the online application form. Once the process is completed, candidates are provided with the facility to check their application form status.

SSC CHSL 2021: Education qualification needed

For LDC/JSA, PA/SA, DEO (except DEOs in C&AG): Candidates must have passed class 12th board examination or equivalent examination from a recognized board or a university.

For DEO (Grade A and C&AG): Candidates must have passed 12th class board exams in the Science stream with mathematics as a subject from a recognized board or a university.
