SSC exam schedule: Staff Selection Commission has released the revised exam schedule for Bihar candidates ahead of Assembly elections in Bihar. The exam dates for JE, CGL, Steno, and Examination for the Selection Posts Phase VIII/2020 have been revised. Candidates can check the new exam schedule on the official site of SSC.

However, the SSC exam schedule has been changed for only candidates who have opted for exam centers in Bihar and not for candidates for the rest of the country. As per the official notice, there will be no change in the schedule of the Combined Higher Secondary (10+2) Level Examination, (CHSLE)-2019 Tier-I to be held from October 12 to October 26, 2020.
The revised schedule has been released for examinations from October 1 to August 31, 2021. Candidates can check the revised schedule in the table given below.

SSC CGL 2019-20 EXAM
Staff Selection Commission will hold the Combined Graduate Level Examination, 2019 for filling up Group “B” and Group “C” posts in various Ministries/ Departments/ Organizations in the Government of India. The Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Exam conducted annually by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) consists of four phases, where each phase needs to be cleared depending upon the requirement of different posts.
SSC has released the exam calendar for SSC CGL, CHSL, JE, Stenographer Grade C, D examinations 2020 on September 23. The dates for the pending Tier II and Tier III examinations have been notified by the SSC. Apart from this, the SSC has also released the Exam Dates for the pending Paper I and Paper II, III for the 2019 recruitment process as well.
Meanwhile, the Commission has also issued important instructions for candidates with fever and cough who will appear for the SSC Exams 2020. the Commission has decided to make separate or isolated sitting arrangements for candidates who will appear for the upcoming computer-based exams with high temperature or cough, etc. All these candidates will be allowed to appear for the examination that would be conducted by SSC.
Meanwhile, India saw a single-day rise of 78,524 COVID-19 cases taking the virus caseload to over 68 lakh, while the number of people who have recuperated surged to 58,27,704, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Thursday. The national recovery stands at 85.25 percent. The total coronavirus cases mounted to 68,35,655, while the death toll climbed to 1,05,526 with 971 people succumbing to the disease in a span of 24 hours, the data updated at 8 am showed. The total recoveries have surged to 58,27,704 while there are 9,02,425 active cases of coronavirus infection in the country which comprises 13.20 percent of the total caseload, the data stated. The COVID-19 case fatality rate due to the coronavirus infection has dropped to 1.54 percent.
