Good News! Indians can now travel to Russia, Turkey and other Countries

After a long battle with the devastating second wave of COVID-19, several nations have opened their doors to Indian travelers as coronavirus infections continue to fall in India.

Travelers from India can now fly to Turkey, which is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world. Tourists, on the other hand, must adhere to a severe 14-day COVID quarantine regime upon arrival. Furthermore, on the fourteenth day, travelers will be subjected to an RT-PCR test and will be allowed to leave the quarantine facility if the results are negative.

Russia

If you are planning to travel to Russia then good news is that it is now open for travelers from India. You can apply for a tourist visa that is valid for up to 30 days for single entry or double entry. Please keep in mind that tourists entering the country must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test report issued at most 72 hours before arrival. Moscow and St Petersburg are must-visits in Russia. As the Covid cases in Russia was on the surge recently, it’s advisable to book your tickets only if the situation is under control. Egypt

Indians can now travel to Egypt, although the number of flights to the country has been reduced. However, you will need to produce an RT-PCR test report that is not older than 72 hours prior to arrival. Travellers are expected to undergo quarantine at their place of stay till they receive a negative test result.

 

Mauritius

If you are keen to travel to Mauritius, you might have to wait a bit longer. As per the reports, you can pack your bags after July 15, 2021, as the island nation is gearing up to open to international travellers from July 15. Travellers will have to take a COVID test, followed by a 14-day quarantine period to enjoy a vacation in Mauritius.

Serbia

If you are planning a trip to Serbia, please note that passengers must provide a negative RT-PCR test taken up to 48 hours before departure. Not applicable to passengers below the age of 12 years. Some of the attractions in Serbia include Church of St Sava, House on the Drina, Studenica Monastery, Subotica City Hall and Kalemegdan among others. There are only limited flight being operated by Lufthansa and KLM Royal Dutch from Mumbai to Belgrade.
