Coronavirus cured cases in India: As per the latest updates, three patients from Rajasthan cured, the total number of patients freed from the Coronavirus has reached 13 in India. Two coronavirus patients have so far died in India.
The Union Health Ministry said till Sunday night, the total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases across India were 110, including the foreign nationals. Also, “A total of 12,76,046 passengers were screened at the airports as at 11.30 p.m. on March 15,” the Ministry said in a statement.
As per the latest tweet, from the Health Ministry,” The number of 3 patients from Rajsthan is now free from coronavirus (COVID-19), which aggregates the total number of patients now free of COVID-19 is 13.”
Delhi has reported 7 cases, where 2 of the patients have been cured and 1 has died. However, the death toll in India is 2 and apart from the 1 case from Delhi, One patient from Karnataka has died.
With the increase in a load of screening samples for the coronavirus (COVID-19) from suspected cases with symptoms and travel history to the affected countries, a total of 52 testing sites have been commissioned across the country with two of them in Delhi.
Along with these 52 labs, 57 laboratories are helping in sample collection for the COVID-19.
The total number of confirmed COVID-19 coronavirus cases in India has reached 114- from the latest source.
“All existing visas, except diplomatic, official, UN/International organizations, employment and project visas, stand suspended till 15th April 2020. This has come into effect from 1200GMT on 13th March 2020 at the port of departure,” an official statement said.
To prevent the spread of the deadly virus, the Ministry of Shipping said it will allow only such international cruise ships that had intimated their call to ports by January 1, 2020.
The government said international cruise ships will be allowed only at ports having thermal screening facilities for passengers and crew members.
As a precaution, more and more states have been ordering the closure of public places, including schools, cinema halls and malls, till month-end. Courts have restricted their sittings, companies introduced the work-from-home option for employees and film bodies deferring off shootings of films and shows.
