UPSC Recruitment 2020-21: The Union Public Service Commission, UPSC will conclude the online application process for Assistant Legal Adviser, Medical Physicist, Public Prosecutor and Assistant Engineer (Electrical) vacancies on December 31, 2020. All the interested and eligible candidates can apply for 34 posts on the website of UPSC.

Total posts: 34

Name of the post:

  • Medical Physicist (Safdarjung Hospital, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare): 4 posts
  • Public Prosecutor (National Investigation Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs): 10 posts
  • Assistant Legal Adviser (Directorate of Enforcement, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance): 2 posts.

Application fee:

Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 25 only either by remitting the money in any branch of the SBI by cash or by using the net banking facility of the SBI or by using a visa/master credit/debit card.

Educational qualification:

Assistant Legal Adviser:

(i)Degree in law from a recognized university or institute; and (ii) Three years’ experience at bar dealing with criminal laws or fiscal laws. OR

(i) Master’s Degree in law from a recognized university or institute; and (ii) One-year experience at bar dealing with criminal laws or fiscal laws.

Medical Physicist:

(i) Post Graduate degree in Physics from a recognized University plus Post MSc Diploma in Radiological or Medical Physics from a recognized University and internship of minimum twelve months in a recognized well equipped Radiation Therapy Department. OR

(ii) A basic degree in Science from a recognized University with Physics as one of the main subjects and A postgraduate degree in Radiological or Medical Physics from a recognized University and an internship of a minimum of twelve months in a recognized well equipped Radiation Therapy Department.
