Realme Smart TV models will go on sale in India today for the first time starting at 12 pm (noon). The Realme TV will be offered in two screen sizes of 32-inch and 43-inch, and customers can purchase the device via Flipkart, Realme India site, or offline retail stores. The smart TV, however, won’t be delivered to customers residing in containment zones across India. With the entry of Realme Smart TV into India’s highly competitive smart TV market, the company will compete against dominant players such as Xiaomi, LG, TCL, Vu, and more.

Realme TV specifications
Realme Smart TV is powered by a MediaTek 64-bit quad-core processor. The RAM of the TV is clocked at 2133MHz, which is faster than normal 1600MHz RAM used in other TVs. Both these features combined allow the Realme Smart TV to run daily smart TV programs stably, smoothly and quickly, while providing decent picture quality, says the company.
The TV also comes with Dolby Audio certificated 24W Quad Stereo speakers, comprising two sets of speakers that are located at the bottom. Each set is composed of one full-range speaker and one tweeter, enabling the Realme Smart TV to create a surround sound system, and enhance the consumer experience.
The Realme TV sports a premium, bezel-less design, and comes with ultra-high brightness of up to 400 nits along with Chroma Boost picture engine, making the screen 20 percent brighter than the average and the colors vivid, even in the brightest lights.
The Realme TV runs on Android 9.0 and comes with Google Assistant to control the TV with one’s voice to customize the experience to unique interests and enable access to a variety of content through the Google Play Store and YouTube. While the TV comes pre-installed with key apps like Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube, users can download 5000+ apps from the Google play store.

The Realme TV 32-inch variant is priced at Rs. 12,999, while the 43-inch variant is priced at Rs. 21,999. The Realme TV models will be up for grabs today, and these are available to purchase through Flipkart and Realme India website. Customers can also purchase the Realme smart TV via offline retailers.
