SSC GD Constable Recruitment 2021: The Staff Selection Commission will conduct an open examination for the recruitment of thousands of posts for General Duty (GD) constables soon. The constable posts are vacant in BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, SSB, NIA, and SSF. Applications are invited from the dedicated eligible candidates (especially female) to be a part of this examination and be a part of the Indian Forces. The official Notification for recruitment will be released on the official website of SSC on 25 March 2021.

Total Posts: 40,000 – 50,000 Posts (Wait for the Official Notification)
Through this recruitment, Central Industrial Security Force, Border Security Force, Central Reserve Police Force, Indian Tibet Border Police, Sashastra Seema Bal, Special Security Force, National Institution Agency, Assam Rifle, and other forces will be deployed.
Eligibility Criteria –
The candidate must be a citizen of India. Only Indian candidates are eligible to apply for these vacancies.
Age Limit –
18-23 years as of 01.08.2020. Candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.08.1997 and not later than 01.08.2002.
Candidates older than this will not be able to apply for this recruitment.
Essential Qualification –
The candidate must be a 10th class pass out from a recognized board/ university.
Physical Standards –
Physical standards laid down for the post of Constable are :
Height: For Males, the height must be 170 cms or more and For Females is 157 cms or more.
Chest: For males only – Unexpanded: 80 cms.
Weight: Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards for both males and females :
Race (Running) :
For Males : 5 Km. in 24 Minutes.
For Females: 1.6 Km. in 8 Minute 30 Second.
Application Fee –
Rupees hundred only (Rs. 100) payable through CRF stamps for off-line application or SBI Challan or online payment through SBI Challan /Net banking/credit /debit cards in the case of online application.
Pay Scale –
Rs. 21,700 – 69100.plus some allowance (as per the Govt Rules)
