Tejas Express offer: Indian Railways has introduced a special offer for the customers on the auspicious occasion of Rakshabandhan. Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC), a subsidiary of Railways, has offered a special cash back offer for women passengers on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan.
Under this, women passengers will get a discount in the fare, which they will get in the form of cashback. This cashback offer will be given to women passengers of Tejas Express trains running between Lucknow-Delhi and Ahmedabad-Mumbai. IRCTC is also planning to launch more attractive travel offers for passengers of premium trains in the coming festivals.
How to avail the offer:
IRCTC introduced the special cashback offer of 5% for all women passengers who will travel in the Tejas Express trains till 24 August.
Cashback offer will be applicable only for trips made during the given period.
During this time women can travel multiple times.
Each time the discount on fare under the cashback offer will be credited to the same account from which the ticket is booked.
The cashback offer will also be applicable to women passengers who have already booked tickets for this travel period prior to the launch of the offer.
Earlier, the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has resumed the services of both the privately operated Tejas Express trains from 7 August.
Till when will IRCTC’s cashback offer be applicable?

According to IRCTC, today i.e. between August 15 and August 24, 2021, special cashback offer of 5% in train fare to all women passengers traveling in two premium trains ‘Tejas’ on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. has been started. The cashback offer will be applicable only for the trips performed during the given period. During this period women can travel any number of times. Every time the discount on the fare under the cashback offer will be credited to the same account from which the tickets have been booked. The cashback offer will also be applicable for women passengers who have already booked tickets for this travel period before the offer launch.
Train number 82901/82902 Ahmedabad – Mumbai – Ahmedabad and train number 82501/82502 Lucknow – New Delhi – Lucknow will run four days a week – Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
